On August 31, at 21:27 an emergency call was received to Tavush Regional Crisis Management Center that citizens had lost near the Haghartsin monastery complex: the rescuers’ help was needed. 

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

The rescuers found H. B. (born in 2001), R. M. (born in 2002) and V. O. (born in 2000) and accompanied to Dilijan town.
