On August 30, at 19:44 an emergency call was received to Korayk Regional Crisis Management Center that the expedition members had been unable to descend the mountain on the way from Mount Ara to Zoravan village: the rescuers’ help was needed.

The operative group from Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers transported the expedition members to Zoravan village in a rescue vehicle, where they were greeted by their relatives.
