On September 19, at 20։09 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that a citizen had gone into the forest to find his cattle and gotten lost in the evening near Jiliza village. 

The operative group from Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The citizen was found unharmed in an area by rescuers and border guards.
