On August 31, at 13:45 an emergency call was received to Syunik Regional Crisis Management Center that fire had broken in a house on the 18th street of Vorotnavan village.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of Ra dispatched to the scene. 

The fire was localized at 14:54 and extinguished at 17:30. The roof (about 140 square meters) of the house, the roof of the garage attached to the house (about 40 square meters) forage (about 50 bales of hay) on the roof of the house was burnt.
