On August 22, at 12։21 emergency call was received to Gegharkunik Regional Crisis Management Center that roof of a house had been on fire on 3rd Street Shatjrek village.

Three fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squads of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, the resident had been hospitalized.

The fire was contained at 12:58 and extinguished at 14:02. Approximately 40 square meters of the ceiling of the house (total area 96 square meters) and the belongings of the house were burnt.
