On April 12, at 01։41 information was received to Crisis Management National Center that fire had broken out on the roof of a house on 5th Street in the Sari Tagh block of Yerevan city.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Yerevan Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

By "1 BIS" degree of fire complexity was announced: two more fire units and water tanker from the Fire and Rescue Squads, the duty group of the Management Division for Firefighting and Rescue Activities of Yerevan Rescue Department,  the duty group of the Medical Care Provision Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA left for the scene.

It turned out that the fire broke out in the three houses roofs (150 square meters) of on 5th Street in Sari Tagh block.

The fire was localized at 02:27 and extinguished at 02:59. The wooden constructions of the roofs of the houses and piled up boards in the yard of a house were burnt.
