On July 9, at 18:04 an emergency call was received to Kotayk Regional Crisis Management Center that a roof of a barn had been on fire near Arzni gorge.

Three fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squads of Yerevan and Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that the fire broke out in the roof of the barn in a yard of a house on the 12th street and in Arzni gorge.

The fire was localized at 19:40 and extinguished at 20:03. Grassland in Arzni gorge and wooden constructions (about 30 square meters) of the roof of the barn on the 12th street were burnt.
