On July 29, at 11:33 an emergency call was received to Crisis Management National Center that vegetation had been on fire in Sari Tagh in Yerevan city.

Four fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squads of Yerevan Rescue Department, group on duty from Management Division for Firefighting and Rescue Activities and the operative group from Crisis Management National Center of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The fire was localized at 13:38 and extinguished at 14:37. The rescuers successfully prevented the spread of the fire. The threat of it reaching nearby residential houses was neutralized.
