On May 31, at 17:05 an emergency call was received to Kotayk Regional Operative Management Center that a citizen had been fallen among the stones and unable to move in the park on 22nd Street in Argel village.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department and the rescue group from Center for Carrying out Activities of Special Importance of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

It turned out that the citizen injured his leg while descending the gorge and he has a fracture: the rescuers' help was needed due to the difficult to pass terrain.

The rescuers brought the citizen down the gorge and moved to the ambulance on a stretcher.
