On September 29, at 15։59 an emergency call was received to Gegharkunik Regional Crisis Management Center that tree had fallen on the road leading from the Sevan Peninsula to Tsovagyugh: the rescuers’ help was needed.

The operative group from Water Rescue Squad and one fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

It turned out that a tree broke and fell closing the road in one-way near the 69th km of Yerevan-Ijevan roadway.

The rescuers blocked off the scene, dismembered the broken tree into pieces using special equipment from the RCC and removed it from the roadway: the traffic flow was restored.
