On December 13, at 23:54 information was received to Kotayk Regional Crisis Management Center that poplar tree had been fallen onto the roadway due to strong wind on Alapars-Arzakan roadway making the road impassable:  the rescuers' help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that poplar tree fell on “Volkswagen” car (driver M. H., born in 1989).

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, the passenger G. H. (born in 1987) had been taken to the medical center.

The rescuers blocked off the area, cut the tree into pieces and removed it from the roadway.
