Rescuers conducted drainage activity eliminating the results of the emergency case

On July 4, at 05:40 an emergency calls were received to Crisis Management National Center that yards, garages and basements of houses had been flooded due to increasing the riverbed on 6th Street in Jrvezh village of Kotayk province: the rescuers’ help was needed․

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squads of Yerevan and Kotayk Regional Rescue Departments, the rescue group from the Special Water Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department, the operative group of the Crisis Management National Center and the duty group of the Medical Care Provision Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers supporting local government bodies conducted drainage activity from basements with the help of motor pumps, removing approximately 101 cubic meters of water.
