On February 3, at 10։24 an emergency calls were received to National and Kotayk Regional Crisis Management Center that the iron fence on the roofs of buildings had loosened and hang at a number of addresses in Microregion block of Hrazdan town.

One fire unit and one autoladder from the Fire and Rescue Squad, the operative groups of Tsaghkadzor Emergency Point of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

The rescuers dismantled all the weakened railings at the above-mentioned addresses.
