On October 28, at 17։01 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that citizen had fallen from a hillside and injured his leg near the chapel called "Surb Hovhannes" in Hartagyugh village of Lori province: the rescuers’ help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers brought the citizen down from the mountainside.
