On May 21, at 15:08 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that citizen had been fall and injured his leg near "Saint Hovhannes" chapel in Hartagyugh village: the rescuers' help was needed to bring him down and move to the ambulance.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers brought the citizen out on a stretcher and moved to the ambulance.
