On August 12, at 15։55 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that citizen had fallen and injured his leg near the chapel called "Saint Hovhannes" in Hartagyugh village.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers brought the citizen down the hillside on a stretcher (about 150 meters), then in a rescue vehicle (about 500 meters) and moved to the ambulance.
