On June 12, at 12:57 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that the citizen had been fallen and injured his leg on the hillside near "Surb Hovhannes" chapel in Hartagyugh village: the rescuers' help was needed to bring him down the mountainside and closer to the ambulance.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers brought the citizen down from the hillside and moved to the ambulance.
