On September 27, at 14։08 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that citizen had fallen and injured his leg on the hillside leading to the chapel called "Saint Hovhannes" in Hartagyugh village.

One fire unit from Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers brought the citizen down the hillside (about 500 meters) and moved to the ambulance.
