On September 8, at 14։19 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that citizen had fallen and injured his leg near the chapel called "Saint Hovhannes" in Hartagyugh village.

One fire unit from Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers brought the citizen down the hillside on a stretcher (about 500 meters), then in a rescue vehicle (about 1 km) and moved to his personal car.
