On August 10, at 13։42 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that citizen had injured his leg near the chapel called "Surb Hovhannes" in Hartagyugh village of Lori province: the rescuers’ help was needed. 

One fire unit from Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers brought the citizen about 800 meters to the ambulance.
