On October 21, at 10:16 information was received to Syunik Regional Crisis Management Center that there was a traffic jam at the crossroads in the Goris-Harzhis section of the Yerevan-Meghri roadway

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers alongside the Patrol Service officers pulled stuck 10 passenger cars and 3 trucks out , which continued the process.
