Rescue Service summarizes the previous week

On June 8-14, 775 cases were registered in 112 Operative Management Center of RA MIA, out of which 236 were emergent.

Particularly, 120 fire cases, 3 cases of collapse, 1 case each of explosion, utility system failure, rockfall, earthquake and ammunition detection, 2 cases each of flooding, landslide, mudslide, lightning, wild animal attack, poisoning and accident, 13 strong winds, 7 severe hail, 10 torrential rain, 93 snake detections, 4 each of suicide attempts and search and rescue, 13 fake emergency calls, 66 road traffic accidents, as well as 200 household calls, 37 cases of fire threat, 41 fake calls on fire and 145 other cases.

66 cases of a stuck vehicle were registered due to weather conditions and other factors. The rescuers rendered assistance to 334 citizen and moved 111 vehicles stuck on the roadways onto a safe area.

There were 109 casualties and 7 victims during the past week. 8 people were rescued as a result of rescue operations.
