According to the Center for Hydrometeorology and Monitoring of the Ministry of Environment, intense precipitation and thunderstorms are expected in the evening of April 19 and on April 20–21.

Rising water levels are being observed in the rivers.

Due to the risk of flooding in the basins of the Vedi and Marmarik rivers, by order of the Minister of Internal Affairs, the Rescue Service has switched to enhanced duty.
