On January 11, at 14։12 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that citizen had fallen from a hillside and injured his leg near the chapel called "Surb Hovhannes" in Hartagyugh village of Lori province: the rescuers’ help was needed.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers moved 10 citizens from the chapel area to a safe area.
