Ensuring public safety and reducing potential risks in emergency situations are among the top priorities of modern governance. In this context, Yerevan Rescue Department of Rescue Service conducted special tactical, demonstration special tactical and facility-based exercises in a number of educational, healthcare, and private organizations in the capital in March.

During various exercises, particular emphasis was placed on the organization of warning, evacuation, and sheltering processes. The focus was on the management operative systems, maintaining the normal functioning of institutions in emergency situations, as well as ensuring the uninterrupted implementation of vital processes.

During special tactical exercises aimed at implementing firefighting operations, he emphasized the importance of properly organizing fire prevention, rapid response, ensuring coordinated personnel actions and safe evacuation of people.

The fire scenarios were played out within the framework of the training: evacuating people to a safe area, extinguishing the fire, combat readiness, providing first aid to the casualty. The reconnaissance with breathing apparatus was also implemented to identify people remaining in smoke-filled areas and to exclude the risk of fire spread, explosion and collapse.

Such events contribute to improving the practical skills of rescuers and strengthening cooperation between different circles, ensuring a higher level of safety.
