On November 15, a joint working meeting of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure was held.

The meeting participants highlighted the importance of strengthening interagency cooperation. Effective cooperation between the two departments will make roads in the Republic safer and more passable in the winter months, ensuring unhindered movement of citizens and prevention of road traffic accidents.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Kristine Ghalechyan, Deputy Director of the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Yegor Karapetyan, heads of Regional Rescue Departments, police officers, as well as representatives of companies servicing interstate and republican roads.

Deputy Director of the Rescue Service Yegor Karapetyan stressed in his speech that it is necessary to mobilize the potential of the two departments in order to do everything possible to avoid problems caused by bad weather conditions.

The situation on the roads of the Republic was presented by the heads of Regional Rescue Departments.
As a result of the joint discussion, clear proposals were presented to solve the raised problems.
