On October 30, Aram Ghazaryan, Director of RS-Deputy Minister of IA received Vincent Ehrhard, Internal Security Attaché at the French Embassy in Armenia and a police commander.

Aram Ghazaryan highly valued the partnership established with France, expressing gratitude for the readiness to expand cooperation between the respective institutions.

Emphasis was placed on bilateral efforts regarding the exchange of professional expertise, capacity building and the prevention of emergency situations.

The RS Director highlighted that international cooperation and the implementation of effective solutions contribute to the development of the professional capabilities of personnel—specifically in the areas of disaster risk management, population protection, emergency response and the effective addressing of challenges.

Vincent Ehrhard, Internal Security Attaché at the French Embassy in Armenia and a police commander, expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome and emphasized direct dialogue with the Rescue Service of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs was of vital importance. They also discussed issues related to crisis and operational coordination, disaster risk management and the population protaction during emergency situations.
