I congratulate you on the occasion of the New Year and Christmas wishing you peace and new achievements.

May the coming year be marked by new professional accomplishments, successes and an even safer and more effective rescue service.

In 2025, the Rescue Service successfully addressed all the challenges before it, remaining faithful to its mission of saving lives with high professionalism and great responsibility.

I express my deep gratitude to all members of the Service and to their families for their understanding of the difficulties of this service and for sharing them with patience.

Entering 2026 with a transformed concept and a firm commitment to ensuring citizens’ safety, the Rescue Service will undergo systemic reforms. This new phase will be marked by a high level of preparedness and the consistent, continuous development of comprehensive capabilities—for the sake of a safer and more protected society.
