Methodical, professional assistance and comprehensive inspections in Aragatsotn Regional Rescue Department

On September 11, the working group led by the Deputy Director of the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of RA, r/s Colonel Yegor Karapetyan was in Aragatsotn Regional Rescue Department. The purpose of the visit was to conduct comprehensive inspections within the department and its subordinate units, aimed at improving professional knowledge and providing methodological assistance.

The working group included relevant specialists from the RS structural departments. During the visit, the Deputy Director conducted a drill inspection. The drill inspection covered the proper appearance of staff, adherence to uniform wearing regulations, the presence of necessary documents and service certificates, overall readiness, as well as the availability and compliance of required items in emergency bags with established standards.

The Deputy Director also reviewed the operational condition and readiness of firefighting and rescue equipment, and observed a special tactical exercise on "Combat readiness and firefighting" conducted by firefighting and rescue squads on the spot.

Subsequently, a working meeting was held, during which the Head of the Ararat Regional Rescue Department, r/s Colonel Menua Asatryan, presented the results and progress of the department’s activities. Several issues related to the operations of the department were discussed during the meeting.

The Deputy Director gave clear instructions and recommendations, especially emphasized the necessary issues regarding the procedure for using communication tools and indicated deadlines for correcting the deficiencies that appeared.

Ye. Karapetyan introduced to the staff the newly appointed commander of the Aparan Fire and Rescue Squad wishing him an effective service.

At the end of the meeting, the Deputy Director also visited the Crisis Management Center, observed the ongoing activities and spoke with the staff.

From September 11 to 13, members of the working group continued their work in the fire and rescue squads of Ashtarak, Aparan, Aragats, and Talin, where the personnel were announced "Gathering" and "Warning", double drill inspections were conducted, special tactical training on "Combat readiness and firefighting".

Analyzing and summarizing the results, the members of the working group provided the necessary methodological assistance, both in conducting legal acts and organizing the service.

It should be noted that the work of providing professional and methodical assistance in the Rescue Service is continuous, as the aim of the latter is to increase the fighting ability of regional divisions, to ensure more organized, effective and operative work, to highlight existing issues and to find appropriate solutions.
