On June 27, at 10։56 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Operative Management Center that dead body had been found in the river near the tunnel on Vanadzor-Alaverdi roadway. At 12:03, another emergency call was received that a car had been in the Pambak River: the rescuers’ help was needed.

The fire units of the Rescue Service and the operative groups of the Police of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

According to preliminary data, "Opel" car was found in the Pambak River and a man's dead body was found about 700 meters from the scene.

As a result of joint actions by rescuers and police, the man's dead body was pulled out of the river at 12:50 and the car at 15:50.

The measures were taken to find the driver.
