On October 29, at 15։40 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Operative Management Center that the health condition of a citizen had rapidly deteriorated in the area known as "Allashan" in Karadzor settlement: the rescuers’ help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The responding promptly to the situation, rescuers brought the citizen down from a difficult to pass area and moved to an ambulance.

The emergency personnel provided first aid on the spot: there was no danger to citizen’s life.
