Effective awareness is a key measure for preventing fires and avoiding potential disasters. With inceasing temperatures, the Ministry of Internal Affairs Public Communication and Awareness Department alongside the Rescue Service, continues to carry out public awareness campaigns on fire safety rules in forested and vegetated areas. As of June 3, 528 rescuers were involved in these efforts.
These public outreach activities aim to prevent fire outbreaks and mitigate possible catastrophic results. The mobile awareness efforts through leaflets, drones and loudspeakers seek to raise the population's level of awareness.
Within the framework of this campaign, special attention is given to recreational zones and tourist areas, where the risk of fire ignition is significantly higher.
Dear citizens, the Ministry of Internal Affairs urges everyone to remain vigilant and strictly follow fire safety regulations.
Remember: even the slightest deviation from safety rules during hot and dry days can lead to a major fire.
