As of 14:30 on March 27, emergency calls were received at 112 Operational Management Center of the MIA that regarding the effects of heavy precipitation in Syunik Province. 

On Grigor Arzumanyan Street in Kapan town, water that overflowed from a mudflow channel spilled onto the street and into the Voghji River, resulting in damage to vehicles and harm to animals. 

Kapan and Kajaran Fire and Rescue Squads Rescue Service of the MIA, as well as municipal utility service workers, carried out operations at the scene. For safety reasons, the street was closed by the Police Patrol Service. 

No emergency calls were received regarding rising river levels in other provinces.
