On September 9, at 19:35 information was received to Kotayk Regional Crisis Management Center that  citizen had been fallen into a pit from a half-built building on the 4th street of Nor district of Dzoraghbyur village: the rescuers' help was needed.

The water rescue group from the Special Water Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

The rescuers pulled the dead body of S. A. (born in 1988)  out of the pit  and moved to the ambulance.
