On May 28, at 10:15 an emergency call was received to 112 Operative Management Center of the MIA that the entire area had been flooded adjacent to a building in Hrazdan Microdistrict block, as a result citizens were unable to leave the building.

The fire unit and the operative group from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service  of MIA dispatched to the mentioned location.

The citizens were taken out of the building with the help of rescuers. The rescuers also assisted local government employees during the drainage activities.
