On September 27, at 22:23 an emergency call was received to Armavir Regional Crisis Management Center that fire had broken out in a dilapidated building near the school in Musaler village.

Two fire units from Fire and Rescue Squad and the operative group of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that the fire broke out in a self-built wooden hut (about 4 square meters) in the middle of the plain of Musaler village.

The fire was localized at 22:42 and extinguished at 22:45. The wooden hut was burnt and a dead body was found inside.
