On September 14, at 16:30, an emergency call was received to Tavush Regional Operative Management Center that a citizen had injured their leg in the forest adjacent to "Parz Lich" recreation area and was unable to continue on their way.

The opertive group from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers and an emergancy personal provided the necessary aid to the citizen: the rescuers moved the casualty on a stretcher to the ambulance, and the cizitien was subsequently hospitalized.
