On September 16, at 21:42, an emergency call was received to Tavush Regional Operative Management Center that citizen had gotten lost in the mountains near Khashtarak settlement: the rescuers’ help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

As a result of search and rescue operations with eco-patrol officers, the rescuers found the lost citizen from "Red stone head" area of Khashtarak settlement. The rescuers accompanied the latter to the fire and rescue squad, and then transferred to the Police Department.
