On September 20, at 15։18, an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Operative Management Center that citizen had injured their leg on the hillside leading up from Hartagyugh settlement to "Surb Hovhannes" Chapel: the rescuers’ help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers provided the necessary assistance to the citizen, then brought down in a rescue vehicle and moved to the ambulance.
