On September 6, at 15։23 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Operative Management Center that citizen had fallen and injured his leg on the hillside leading from Hartagyugh settlement to Saint Hovhannes chapel: the rescuers' help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers moved the citizen on a stretcher to the ambulance.
