On September 2, at 12։05 an emergency call was received to Ararat Regional Operative Management Center that tourist had gotten lost in the area of the reserve called "Kakavaberd": the rescuers' help was needed.

The operative groups and one fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squads of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers found the lost tourist and moved to the rescue squad.
