On September 26, at 12:33, an emergency call was received to Armavir Regional Operative Management Center that citizen had been fallen into a well in the yard of a house on Baghramyan Street in Voskehat village: the rescuers’ help was needed.

The rescuers dispatched at the scene pulled the citizen out of the well (about 12 meters) and moved to the ambulance: the citizen was subsequently hospitalized.
