On July 28, at 14։50 an emergency call was received to Gegharkunik Regional Operative Management Center that two citizens had moved away from the shore on a pedal boat and unable to return.

The rescue group from Center for Carrying out Activities of Special Importance of Rescue Forces Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers brought the citizens safely to the shore.
