On July 27, at 00։52 an emergency call was received to Gegharkunik Regional Opertive Management Center that boat had broken down in Lake Sevan near Artanish settlement. There was a citizen on the boat: the rescuers' help was needed.

One fire unit from the Water and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers brought the broken boat and the citizen closer to the shore.
