On August 22 at 21։29 an emergency call was received to Tavush Regional Operative Management Center that citizen had fallen into the Getik River near a house on Mkhitar Gosh Street in Nerkin Gosh settlement.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that the citizen fell from a height of about 6 meters to the riverbank.

The rescuers pulled the citizen out of the riverbank with the help of a rope and a stretcher and moved to the ambulance. The casualty was hospitalized.
