On February 18, at 20:57 an emergency call was received to Kotayk Regional Crisis Management Center that cars had been stuck in the snow on the slope of Hatis Mountain: rescuers' help was needed.

The rescue group from Center for Carrying out Activities of Special Importance of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

The rescuers pulled the two drivers and four passengers from stuck cars with patrol officers and accompanied to a safe area.
