On March 12, at 18:14 an information was received to Tavush Regional Crisis Management Center that grassland had been on fire in the neighboring area called “Kapi tak” of Achajur village.  

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The fire was localized at 21:14 and extinguished at 22:38. Grassland burnt: the fire was prevented from spreading to the forest.

Three employees of the eco-patrol service participated in the firefighting activities.
