On February 25, at 12:02 information was received to Crisis Management National Center that during a tour on Goris-Shinuhayr roadway due to weather conditions, stuck cars and traffic jam were noticed at the Shinuhayr crossroad.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

The rescuers, together with police patrol officers towed 260 stuck trucks out and 210 vehicles by other means: there were 175 parked trucks.

The rescuers transported 86 citizens to the first aid station.
