On September 30, at 15։12 an emergency call was received to Kotayk Regional Crisis Management Center that forage had been on fire in Yeghvard town.

One fire unit and one water tanker from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

The fire was localized at 17:27 and extinguished at 19:27. Approximately 2,300 bales of hay were burnt.

One tractor was involved in the firefighting operations.
