On September 15, at 16։43 an emergency call was received to Gegharkunik Regional Crisis Management Center that forage had been on fire in Tsovinar village.

Two fire units from Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that the fire broke out in the yard of a house on 5th Street in the 2nd district of the village.

The fire was localized at 17:08 and extinguished at 18:38. About 200 bales of hay were burnt.
